Acceptable Use Policy

What the service is for

The service provides access infrastructure: the client rents a port and routes their own traffic through it. Typical scenarios are analytics and price monitoring, checking search results and ad delivery in a given region, testing websites and applications from different networks and countries, and running a company's own services. Client traffic is passed through without altering its content: we do not compose requests on the client's behalf and do not choose the resources they connect to.

Prohibited use

Below is the "Prohibited actions" section of the offer agreement, verbatim. By accepting the offer the client accepts these rules.

4.2. 禁止行为：

• 任何超出所授许可范围的程序使用。
• 对程序进行修改、反编译、反汇编、逆向工程，以及在其基础上创作衍生作品。
• 未经许可方事先书面同意，向第三方分发、出售、再许可或转让程序或其访问权限。
• 删除或更改程序或其文档中包含的任何版权声明、商标或许可方的其他所有权声明。

4.2.2. 非法使用程序与网络滥用：

• 将程序用于非法、欺诈、恶意或不负责任的活动，包括但不限于侵犯第三方权利。
• 传播垃圾信息、未经请求的批量邮件或恶意软件（计算机病毒、木马、间谍软件）。
• 实施或协助DDoS攻击、黑客攻击，未经授权访问任何系统、网络、数据、设备或信息。
• 未经所有者明确许可监控任何网络或系统中的数据或流量。
• 将程序用于网络钓鱼、漏洞扫描、未经同意收集个人数据（抓取、采集）。
• 使用伪造的请求头、IP地址或其他身份识别信息进行欺骗或冒充他人。
• 违反资费方案规定的程序使用限额。
• 将程序用于在无用户交互的情况下产生大量数据的自动化或持续性进程。
• 将程序用作非移动、固定或企业用途的专用连接，以及用于未经授权的网络流量再分配。
• 将程序用于P2P文件共享或对其他用户造成显著影响的类似高负载应用。
• 试图探测、扫描或测试程序或许可方基础设施的漏洞。
• 将程序用于违反适用法律的目的，以及在安装有"Mobile Proxy"软件的设备所在地区实施任何非法行为。

4.2.3. 被许可方对第三方行为的责任：被许可方对通过其个人账户或凭据获得程序访问权限的任何人的行为承担全部责任，如同其本人的行为。

Consequences of a violation

A violation is grounds to suspend or terminate access to the service (clause 3.1.3 of the offer). In case of gross or repeated violations the agreement is terminated unilaterally with no refund (clause 8.5.3). The client is also responsible for the actions of third parties to whom access was granted (clause 4.2.3).

Complaints and requests

Requests from rights holders, platform owners and authorised bodies are handled in the manner prescribed by law. Use our contacts to submit one. To match a request to a specific connection, please include the IP address, the date and the exact time with the time zone — without these the session cannot be identified.
